Karl Roberson Arrest: Former UFC Fighter Charged in Jewelry Theft

He’s been charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief, as well as other offenses.

Karl Roberson, who spent years as a fighter with the Ultimate Fighting Championship, has been charged in connection with a jewelry theft.

He was allegedly involved in a home burglary in Howell Township, NJ, with over $200,000 in “exotic jewelry and valuables” taken, the New York Post reports.

Roberson, 32, was arrested March 27. He’s been charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief, as well as possession of a controlled dangerous substance and several weapons offenses.

In his car, officers found “a defaced .9mm handgun with an extended magazine, several packages of suspected ‘crack cocaine,’ marijuana and items related to the burglary,” according to a press release from the Howell Township Police Department.

Another suspect, 32-year-old Dathan Thompson was also arrested March 27 in connection with the theft. He’s been charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
