A jewelry store employee in Brooklyn was shot when a man opened fire inside the business.
The 24-year-old worker at A&M Jewelry in Sunset Park was grazed in the torso in the incident just before 2 p.m. Sunday, WABC-TV reports. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.
The New York Post reports that the gunman, who was wearing a mask, “began firing as he stood in the open doorway demanding money.” (News 12 reports that the suspect “demanded diamonds.”)
But the suspect left without taking anything and remains at large.
